Experience Required

We’re looking for an experienced technician skilled in sanding, refinishing, and installing hardwood floors.
Must be detail-oriented, reliable, and committed to high-quality craftsmanship.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate sanding & dust-containment equipment
  • Apply stains and water-based finishes
  • Lead jobsite workflow and assist apprentices
  • Ensure workmanship meets Bluegrass standards

Cleaning Specialist

No Experience Needed — Paid Training Provided

Perfect role for someone who’s motivated, dependable, and wants stable, rewarding work. We’ll train you in carpet cleaning, floor care, and safe cleaning processes.
