Bluegrass Eco-Revive (Screen & Recoat)
The Bluegrass Eco-Revive is a faster, 1-Day Floor Revival service ideal for floors that are dull or have light surface scuffs, but no deep damage or bare wood. This maintenance package features an Eco-Friendly Finish that is Ultra-Low VOC and Green Seal certified , allowing families and pets to safely return home on the same day. It is a less invasive and highly sustainable way to revive a floor’s shine.
The Finish
We use Water-Based Polyurethane — low odor, fast-drying, and safe for pets and family. It dries to foot traffic in just 4 hours while providing a crystal-clear, non-yellowing finish that stands up to daily wear.

Excellent work. Needed wax build up from engineered hardwood flooring striped. It is not easy to find companies that know how to this on wood flooring. But this company does it really well. After trying 2 different cleaning companies, each one leaving the floors looking worse, they Took 1400 sq ft of flooring that looked hazy and dirty and made it look brand new
Bluegrass Cleaning and Hardwood Refinishing was prompt, thorough in their inspection, and fixed the problem with cat urine that had gotten on a few places on my very old hardwood floors. They did great work, were very helpful with advice, and charged a very reasonable amount for their work.
Bluegrass Company is A #1 +++ in our opinion and neither my husband nor I are relatives, or personal friends. This is the second time that we have had them - this time, because we reupholstered furniture and wanted it protected the right way! In addition to protecting the new upholstery, Kevin shared with us the specifics of how to handle any spills that may occur, AND they are now doing the same excellent job on hardwood floors. Kevin told us which products we should NOT use on our wood floors along with the 'why', and agreed that our floors are not in need (yet) of any attention beyond the usual. Sorry to be so wordy but I never get anything out of 'one word' ratings- I always want the reasoning behind the rating- and now you have it!
