Our VCT Restoration Process

  • Step 1 — Total Wax Strip

We apply a heavy-duty commercial stripper to dissolve years of wax buildup, dirt, and embedded debris.

  • Step 2 — Malish Mechanical Grind

Using a high-torque rotary machine and aggressive Malish brushes, we scrub the tile down to bare vinyl.

  • Step 3 — Neutralize & Rinse

We extract the slurry and balance the pH of the tile to ensure perfect bonding of the new finish.

  • Step 4 — High-Solids Finish

We apply 3–5 coats of industrial-grade high-gloss wax for a deep, mirror-like shine that resists scratches and scuffs.
